We understand that on occasion you may need to make a change to your shipping address or adjust the frequency that orders are received. Because we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, it is best to email or call us as soon as a change needs to be made so we can make any necessary adjustments you may require. 

Once an order has been processed it becomes more difficult to make changes, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

If you wish to cancel an upcoming subscription order, you can do so by logging into your account and changing your settings. 

But, instead of canceling, we advise you to consider putting your subscription service on hold or changing it to a later date instead.
