What happens if my order is delayed?Updated 2 years ago

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Please note that once the order leaves our warehouse, the exact delivery time is beyond our control but we will always do our best to work with the carriers directly on your behalf to get additional information about a shipment and will re-ship your order if it is lost or delayed for more than 10 business days.
