Your complete satisfaction is our goal! Our commitment to quality, innovation and constant improvement gives us confidence that you will love our products as much as we do. 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please simply let us know by messaging our support team: [email protected]

Our refund policy is simple: If you contact us within 30 days to let us know that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund for the unused product. 

For individually packaged items that were part of a bundle or multi-pack, we will issue a return authorization so that you can send back the unopened items.  

A return authorization (RA) is required for ALL returns. Once the unopened items have been returned to us, they will be inspected at our facility before any remaining balance can be processed.

Any boxes that are marked as “return to sender” or “refused” without an issued RA cannot be granted a refund or exchange.
