If you receive only a portion of your order or an incorrect item, please reach out to us promptly. We strive to fulfill backorders as quickly as possible, especially when items such as Essential Shakes are temporarily out of stock. When this occurs, we will provide you with the tracking details as soon as they become available. If your order contains incorrect items, we will guide you through correcting the order and processing any necessary refunds or exchanges.

Please provide your order information and LF Order Id when contacting us, and, if requested, a photo of the items you received. We will work diligently to resolve any issues and ensure you receive the products you ordered.
