Yes, you can adjust your subscription anytime by changing the date in your subscription portal. When you first sign up, the only recurring option is a monthly subscription because the products were intended to be taken daily.
Depending on product usage, you may find yourself needing the product more often or less frequently. To adjust the frequency of deliveries, simply login to your account, and select the "Set Next Date or Edit Frequency" tab from the list of menu options.
